Anyone can be interested in buying a house, but not everyone can get pre-approved for a home loan. A good listing agent—like me—will make sure that buyers are pre-approved for a mortgage to make sure the sale is finalized.

Since you are away, we will rely on user friendly document transfer and electronic signature applications to expedite electronic exchanges of contracts and signed documents.
